Abbe Bayless was born and raised on the Northside of Indianapolis and is deeply committed to the values of hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service, having absorbed these principles from a successful family business. A master negotiator, Abbe understands the importance of forging strong and enduring relationships. With a distinguished academic record, Abbe is an experienced business professional, holding an MBA from the renowned University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Finance from The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Abbe worked as a senior leader at Eli Lilly and Company, where she spent a decade leading Finance and Marketing. As a real estate professional, Abbe keenly understands the enormous responsibility of being entrusted with one of the most significant financial decisions in a person's life. Abbe embraces the challenge of exceeding her client's expectations every single day. Abbe recognizes the immense trust her clients place in her, and it is a responsibility she takes very seriously.
