Bernie Goodman is the consummate people person. Over the last five years, Bernie has helped over 100 buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions. With a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Indiana University, he has extensive knowledge of real estate finance, with an emphasis on lending, negotiating, and finalizing transactions. A goal-oriented and driven agent, he persists until he has been successful in finding his clients their perfect home or selling their home for the highest possible amount. Whether he’s assisting first-time buyers in finding their entry into the real estate market or helping sellers get top dollar, Bernie’s empathetic passion for people and homes shines through. He loves building relationships with clients and always remembers that there are people and a story behind every transaction. By understanding clients’ needs, Bernie offers straightforward and illuminating advice at the right time, empowering people to make informed decisions about their future. In his spare time, Bernie enjoys being with his wife, Brittany, and two young kids, Leon and London. He also enjoys working out and taking Peloton classes!
Abbe Bayless
Abbe Bayless was born and raised on the Northside of Indianapolis and is deeply committed to the values of hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service, having absorbed these principles from a successful family business. A master negotiator, Abbe understands the importance of forging strong and enduring relationships. With a distinguished academic record, Abbe is an experienced business professional, holding an MBA from the renowned University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Finance from The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Abbe worked as a senior leader at Eli Lilly and Company, where she spent a decade leading Finance and Marketing. As a real estate professional, Abbe keenly understands the enormous responsibility of being entrusted with one of the most significant financial decisions in a person's life. Abbe embraces the challenge of exceeding her client's expectations every single day. Abbe recognizes the immense trust her clients place in her, and it is a responsibility she takes very seriously. Abbe is confident that her unparalleled devotion to her clients will continue to set her apart in the highly competitive industry. In her spare time, Abbe enjoys being with her husband, Evan, and young son, Grant. Abbe is an avid equestrian with a passion for music, staying active, and practicing yoga.
